Assessments within a 15km radius of Houghton Estate cost R300.
Once assessment has been made, price will be argued EXCLUDING raw materials.
The acquisition of raw materials will be done for you at an additional fee of R100 per trip to any store within reason. Payment for raw materials must be made, upfront, by you, before anything is acquired. We will take cash for more than the amount the raw materials cost and provide you with a receipt and change upon delivery.
We demand payment for half of the work done BEFORE work commences and payment of remainder upon completion. Non-payment may result in
- Us undoing our work and claiming raw materials as compensation.
- Legal action.
